ONE DAY CHEF

One Day Chef is a cooking school in central Rome, which offers courses in Italian and Roman cuisine, but not only. It was born as a cooking school for tourists with the idea of making the experience of those who want to get in touch with Italian culture.

Soon, however, it also becomes the point of reference for the local public as new paths and new projects open up involving great masters of the sector.

Today, in addition to teaching tourists how to cook Italian, One Day Chef organizes numerous themed amateur cooking courses for Italians, from bread and pizza to large leavened products, ethnic cuisine and much more! Whether our courses are aimed at tourists or Italians who want to improve in the kitchen, the aspects we focus on are the same: practical courses – hands-on, family environment and programs designed and developed by professional chefs who love their work and pass it on with passion!

We are located in Viale Carlo Felice 25, in front of the basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano in a convenient point to reach both by car and by public transport (the metro A stop is just a few steps away). Our cooking school is a unique structure of its kind: a kitchen with 16 workstations and 16 hobs that allow our guests to cook individually and independently, equipment and appliances are absolutely similar to those that we all we have at home, this to allow our students to replicate what they prepare during the lessons.

Everything takes place at street level which makes those present the protagonists of a show in the eyes of passers-by who observe through the windows.
